Sanand team facilitates mega health check-up camp for contract workforce

In a significant welfare initiative aimed at promoting health awareness and ensuring the well-being of the contract workforce, the HR team at Agratas, Sanand collaborated with M/s TPL (General Contractor) and the BOCW (Building and Other Construction Workers) authority of Gujarat State to organize periodic health check-up camps.

As part of this effort, a Mega Health Check-Up Camp was successfully conducted on December 14, 2024, at the Sanand plant. The camp offered a comprehensive full-body health screening, including the following tests:

  • CBC (Complete Blood Count)

  • ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate)

  • Lipid Profile

  • Diabetic Profile

  • Thyroid Function Tests

  • ECG (Electrocardiogram)

  • PFT (Pulmonary Function Test)

  • X-ray (Chest PA)

Participants also received free doctor consultations and medicines post-diagnosis. A total of 113 workers benefitted from this camp, underscoring the impact of the initiative on the workforce's health and well-being.

The HR team has further aligned with the BOCW authority to plan and facilitate similar health camps in the coming months, reinforcing our commitment to creating a healthy lifestyle and raising health awareness among contract workers on a periodic basis.

This initiative reflects Agratas’ dedication to prioritizing the well-being of its workforce and highlights the importance of government and contractor collaboration in welfare efforts.
