What you’ll do…
As our PDM Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how engineering data is defined, governed, and optimised across Agratas. You’ll ensure data integrity, alignment with enterprise standards, and seamless collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, IT, and program teams.
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain best practices for managing engineering data in PLM (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter).
 - Oversee data quality and governance for Engineering and Project data.
 - Support planning and tracking of engineering data release.
 - Support Stakeholders in using and optimizing PLM capabilities such as change control and document management.
 - Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliant, connected data across the digital product lifecycle.
 - Provide expert guidance, training, and support on PLM processes and standards.

Agratas is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons. We will design, develop and manufacture high-quality, high-performance, sustainable batteries for the mobility and energy sectors. We are a scale-up business with a start-up mentality and the backing of a well-established parent company. The UK business headquarters is in the Midlands, and we are currently building a battery manufacturing facility in Bridgwater, Somerset.
What you’ll bring…
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
 - Strong background in product development and engineering data management.
 - Strong background working with PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Windchill) and engineering tools such as CAD and BOM management.
 - Proven experience supporting global, cross-functional teams in complex product environments.
 - Expert knowledge of PLM capabilities including requirements, change, and configuration management.
 - Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and engineering deliverables.
 - Familiarity with CAD data, drawing standards, and documentation practices.
 - Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
 - Ability to influence best practices, lead training, and drive process improvement across teams.
